Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet are in love with each other but both their families despise each other.  I think that their families are both being stubborn, and because of them their servants and most people of the city have taken sides: Montague or Capulet. Romeo and Juliet should be able to tell their parents how they feel and not have to hid their love just because their families disapprove of them being together. Why should they have to hate each other because of their parents fight? Also Romeo and Juliet are both being a bit dramatic, saying they love each other but it was the same day they met. I think that they both really do like each other but love is a strong feeling for two teenagers who just met each other. Not to mention that Romeo was completely heartbroken the same day over Rosaline. I think that they were overreacting, but if I was Romeo or Juliet I think I could understand how they felt. Overall I think that Romeo and Juliet is a good story about important emotions and mistakes that we should try and learn from.
